They told me oil change would take 2 hours which seems long but it was Saturday. It turned out to take 5 hours from 8am to 1pm.
They didn't change my oil and filter but they charged me for it. My husband changed the oil and filter several days after that and the oil was dark. I've changed the oil every 5k miles instead of 10k miles like Toyota suggested.
Bought Two cars and got no floor mats, sales guy told me it's been 10 days I can't do anything for you. Go to Plano
Ridiculous service! Schedule an appt and still over 1 hour and a half for an oil change. Service reps don't keep you updated on your vehicle either. Called service manager to give feedback left a voicemail. He never called back.
He ordered wrong part and I needed to reschedule after 2 after waiting in lobby.
Experience wasnt good. Pulled credit, even after telling the salesman and sales manager I didnt need financing. Told me it was a soft pull even though I received an instant notification of a hard pull. And then told me their advertised was an error because it came from a third party site, to find out it was the exact same price on their own website.
Better off going to a GMC dealer
