Did not like that the advertised price was not the price when I got there. They charged an additional 10% over the advertised price. Very unethical.
Bad,they should have replaced dead battery with a warranty on it,I then had to go buy a new battery to have a operating car.I was very upset with the service. Thanks.
The SALES guy was amazing. The FINANCE guy was terrible.
i was quoted 1.5 hours for an oil change with multi-point inspection. i also brought a coupon for a complimentary car wash. the service took 2.5 hours and i wasn't offered a car wash but i did see another advisor give another customer a coupon for a free car wash down the street.
Worst salesman I have ever encountered I had to cancel any dealings with this person very poor communication and no customer service etiquette. I had to request his manager to replace him with another. The second salesman was more open and communication was better. The finance department did their job professionally when I received my new truck the tank had 1/4 tank of gas no owners manual the salesman did not even take time to introduce the vehicle to me. I had to figure out all the bells
Very bad customer service, lazy people working there
Had an appointment and was told 30 minutes to a hour. It took over 3 hours the waiting area wasn't not clean and crowded.
Service was completed to satisfaction, but the wait time was not good. We had an appointment scheduled for 8 and was there for over 3 hours for simple oil change and 10,000 mile checkup.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had appointment for 1030. Got out of there at 2 pm
