I went in for an inspection and after a 2 hour wait they told me they couldnt do it, because my headlight had condensation. Im not mad they didnt do it, Im mad that it took them 2 hours to tell me they couldnt do my inspection.
They never give you the sheet indicating they actually did the so called complimentary "multipoint inspection". Waiting area looks terrible. They are trying to get better, seeking more customer feedback...but the overall tone and attitude of most of their service people needs to be overhauled.
Services suck, car has failed so many things. Sun roof desont work, Interior lights doesnt work, interior cover was removed and didnt mount it back as it used to.
Ruined my breaks and didnt honored warranty on work performed.
It was awful. The service time to wait was unacceptable. I made an appointment it feels like for nothing. The service guy said it was one of those days. Almost 4 hours, I should have been paid. They did not wash the car, gave a coupon to go someplace-more time and my car now wobbles size to side. I wonder if they did not mount my tires properly, feels like a tire is going to come off .
I invite you to look into the history of our service. 2029 Toyota Rav license plate mjl8808. The AC was replaced 4 weeks ago, then it failed to cool the next week. It was recharged and in my drive to Colorado it could not cool. I was stuck 700 miles away and no way to get into the local Toyota dealer for 2 weeks. I have a manufacturers call back. I was called three times on three occasions by Toyota of Richardson. But they never did the job. Its a harassment.
zero stars if possible. dont waste your time and money in the preowned department. absolutely terrible experience buying a car. unprofessional sleazy employees and no one willing to actually help you. Theyll steal extra money from you and call it their reconditioning fee. if you meet their number one salesman Laith Nofal and his manager Saad Hatouqa, run the opposite way. nothing but evil people.
