Worsted service ever. Go for an oil change and came back with $4.5K of recommend service. Got second opinion and this dealership lied!
Be careful; Toyota Richardson Service department will not honor a warranty on their work. They said they had original parts over the phone (the hook), once there and after waiting almost 45 minutes they said they dont have them, but can get aftermarket parts and they are as good as originals (the bait). Two days later after my car started making horrible noises I went back, and to my surprise not only they did not honor warranty, but wanted to sell me parts they probably damaged themselves.
My back door is shaking after service, which did not shake before the recent service
The worst buying a car experience I have ever had. Dealer tried to sale me a used car for nearly 10k over listing price. Do not trust this dealership.
Never ever have good experience here Purchased maintenance plan when I bought the car till they say forever last few times I'm.taking my car there they say you are not covered anymore giving me hard time and then they say just because u brought it today I'll do it for you
Got skipped over several times while I had a appointment also the people working there were rude to me not very good customer service at all I will just go to Toyota dallas off forest lane its a way better store than richardson. I have seen the reviews for Toyota richardson and its pretty bad I have also had friends and family have similar experiences at Toyota richardson I wont be going back to Toyota richardson for anything.
After the sale service is not good, tried for two days to get someone to call me back with no response.
Terrible experience. Ive paid $5.000, waited 3 months and keep having to go back only to find out they ordered the wrong part. Sucks for me
Tires were never rotated for 3 complete oil changes.
