Poor communication wouldnt fix PPF or scratches their porters had made while it was prepped after I bought it. Very poor dealership quality
My vehicle did not have yet maintenance service.
Tried to charge for services not needed or completed. Service advisor left to lunch and did not notify me that vehicle was ready.
The service advisor was helpful and the Zaktak application was done in 1 hr which has never before happened. Unfortunately I don't think they did the interior of the car. I have left messages for the service advisor (Christian Tunnell) and the manager of the service department (Johnny Nickel) and haven't received a phone call back.
I recently bought a car from them and upon purchase they stated it would be ready next day. Little did I know it would turn into a week due to a part needing replacement AFTER I purchased and was told it would be ready the following day. Bad communication and service
Not good. Didn't finish the full checking before released the Prius to me. The break repair was over $3,300.00. I had to go back for further repair to pass the Inspection. After the it passed the inspection, another repair estimation for over $1,500.00 was printed out to fix the break issue. It's not very honest the total cost wasn't communicated to the owner.
Dishonest salesman. Misrepresenting is his best skill.

Theyll definitely tell you anything to buy your vehicle at the lowest price. Telling you they have to spend thousands of dollars to get it market ready for new buyers and blah blah blah. An oil change (just had one) and new air filter ( just put a new one in it). Purchasing a vehicle is the least amount joy out of everything you do as an adult.
