Was not kept up to date on my vehicle. I had to ask for the report that show that they checked my car. Wheel alignment not done andchad to wait even longer until it got done when I had paid for this service. Will try to sell you services to car that are not needed. I would give zero stars if I could.
Did the bare minimum , needed a trans flush , they did not do it . Took them a week and a half to send me a list of what they did . Poor customer service !
Very disappointing! They gave me the car to drive while the dealer gets the part. They gave me the car back empty, zero gas while I gave them the car with full tank of gas. They failed to let me know that the car is empty, and I ran out of gas while driving, and that cost me 125 dollars to tow.

They sold me a car that broke down within a week and I am now without a car for about a month.
Two days and $175 for them to tell me my transmission needs to be replaced. Why was I charged almost $200 for a replacement quote?
Toyota of Richardson employees are curt and impersonal. They lied to me during the car haggling process about having other buyers lined up and had a fictitious phone conversation as if I was too stupid to tell. They do not like dealing with women, especially women know what they want and/or have purchasing power. I was shuffled to three different employees during the purchasing process and had to go to my bank when I was told a check would work. Unprofessional all around!
They changed my tire they didnt put the spare back correctly. Didnt reset the tire light on the dashboard. Not thorough at all.

Pretty much every negative stereotype about dealerships selling you services you don't need is true. I don't think the service advisor even bothered to read the car's past service history and see that some of the fluids were changed recently. For example, brake fluids. They need to be changed about 50k, right? Well according to my record they were changed twice, once at 45k and again at 55k. Same with transmission fluid. Worst experience at a dealership ever. I brought a used truck. Front driver side tire was flat and the gas tank was under 1/4. Thermostat went out 2days after buying vehicle. Afeter waiting 6hrs i was told they would not fix it bc it was a used truck. I was told by the sales manager that he would aleast cut me check for the part. Now 2 weeks later no check or call back. Just received a Declined letter from MPP (mechanical protection plan) because of incorrect miles.
