Rude staff! I was told by Leo that he didn't need my money and I can take my business else where. He should not be in sales, in fact he should not do any job which requires people interaction. He does not have the right temperament nor the people skills to do the job. I requested to work with another salesman to complete the sale. The other salesman, Jon was very pleasant to deal with.

Car is great. People are nice. But service was just plain bad. They didn't do what they said they would do to prepare the car. Tire was low - they said they'd fill it. They didn't. Gas was low. They said they'd fill it. They didn't. They didn't tell me there was no 2nd key until we were doing the finance papers and then said they could give me 'a name of a guy' that could get me one. They didn't give us the temp registration and then claimed it was in the glove box. It wasn't. Just plain bad.

Prefer not to say. Sadly, the truth be told it sold but that's fine. They are very serious in putting a payment down to hold it. I never got. a chance to even look at it. They have way too many car salesmen down there in my opinion. All about "sales" and not the customers hearts. Business is business. Very apparent.

Bought 2017 suburban here as the second owner. The next day it showed signs of the transmission failing. They do not test pre-owned vehicles before selling them! Be careful!
Hello I never signed for this truck and I don't even have this truck.
They tricked me on service cost. They did not apply my coupon as promised !!!
Richard wrote a list that no one could read and said that is what you need. Total was $690. Insulted the next week I get a coupon for same services for about a 10th of what I paid. Waiting area was dirty and chairs worn. Left in the back parking lot by the golf cart driver. He drove away without knowing if my car started or if I was safe. Not impressed. No old parts shown. Unsure if any work was actually performed on my car.
