Understood I had one last tire rotation and I was charged for the rotation that they did. Also it took almost 3 hours for them to rotate my tires and just check out a problem that I had in the car and actually the rotation only took 30 minutes out of the the two and a half hours that they said did God knows what with the car to check the problem that shouldn't take that long because there was No Work done on the car other than your tire tire rotation. SUCKS! Untrustworthy, liars who are more concerned about money over people. I pass wind in their general direction. Dont go here unless you are ok with the bait and switch. They will get you in the door with one price and then, once you are ready to buy it, they add another $3,000! Dont get their warranty, it wont be worth the paper it is written on. I made an appointment to have a tire checked for a leak. Upon checking in, I was told it would take 3-4 hours. The staff when walking in the door was rude too. I Could not recommend coming here if you have other options.
I have to go back because whoever did the service forgot to reset the car and know I have the warning showing all the time
I had the worst experience, I purchased my car back in 2016. Loyal customer to Toyota Richardson for 6 years until 2 weeks ago. Lee Schuster Service Advisor has the worst attitude, lack of costumer service. Wanted to force at all cost to do more service on my car. To what I answered just wanted oil change and alignment. The service center had about 20+ vehicles show up for maintenance all at the same time. Leaving no room in the waiting room. Vending machines are the only source of drinks or food. We just had our tires rotated, and they lost one of the valve stem caps. However, the place was clean and the people are nice.
This business engages deceptively with customers. They use intentionally misleading tactics to intentionally obfuscate actual costs. Avoid at all costs.
Waited 3 hours for recall work to be performed only to be told two things: -Recall work would not be performed on my vehicle because of the size of the battery -I could pay nearly $300 for a new battery and pay a separate $100 for the part that has the recall. Excellent way to waste my Saturday morning!
Let's see, Where do I begin? The salesman was great. He was a nice guy, very polite and very professional. One of the guys that he reports to about the sale, Dary I was told, was an obnoxious, loud, unprofessional buffoon. He was purposefully talking very loud on the sales floor to try to get me to coalesce to his way of thinking. He needs to find another line of work like sweeping floors, because he is more suited to a profession that doesn't involve dealing with customers.
