2 1/2 hours waiting time is it yeah most dories place in DFW no coffees no water
Very poor service, nobody attended to me for about 20 min after they put initial tag, I went round looking for help and 3 people I talked to could not help just for oil change service, people walked around pay no attention to me. So I left the shop and have the oil change at Mckenney.
Service took way longer than anticipated. Never heard an update from the advisor that it was going to be longer than estimated or that I was going to have to leave the vehicle overnight. Only found out the vehicle was ready when I called the next day and asked.
I made an appointment specifically for routine maintenance. Upon arrival I was asked whether I did indeed want the service performed because it was only a tire rotation I was asked this again twice more whether I really wanted the service, after refusing an alignment I sensed frustration towards me. I asked if my maintenance plan showed under my information, it didnt. The feeling I got was that if I was spending money, and within 25K miles no questions would be asked. Rotated tires w/o consulting me charging me something like $30.00 to do so. I get free Tire rotations at Discount tire where I purchased them
Was in the body shop for 4 months! Had difficulty in getting parts and ended up using "used" parts to make the repair. I understand about supply chain issues but this is/was absurd!
They did not give me a full or complete quote and then did not perform service on another issue as promised
The wait was too long. The service was too expensive. I was told I needed new windshield wipers which I had had put on four days prior to my visit to Toyota Of Richardson. I dont plan on coming back. My car was ready but my keys were sitting on the service representatives desk when, after 2-1/2 hours, I went to find out what the holdup was. Not good!
When they finished with my car & parked it in the lot, it was very difficult to back up out of the space due to trucks parked behind me in the next row. Tried to get out one way & there was an SUV parked obstructing access to exit. I had to then back up all the way to the other side. Also there is a tiny gash on my leather steering wheel which I didn't notice to later that day.Not sure how that can be rectified or proven. The service representative was very good.
