The worst experience ever from sales to finance. Car wasnt detailed etc.
Poor customer service! Inconsistent in explaining the details about the car services. I've been here many times before, in fact, I purchased my 4 wheels here this year but that will be the last.
Our service advisor (Patrick Fitzgerald) did not do what he promised, did not communicate well, blatantly ignored us when we picked up the car, and recorded mileage on the car that was off by more than 100, 000 miles. After we picked up the car and noticed the wrong mileage, we called and told him; he said that he would correct the mileage right then, but he did not correct it at all. This is the worst experience that we ever have had with a Toyota service advisor.
Customer service really bad. Will go to McKinney for service from now on

Not very flexible and not very adaptable
Bought the car easy,,,half way fuel tank and did not even wash it right. Paint still on my mirrors. Disappointed but it is what it is.
Will never ever ever go there again. From the pushy sales to the fact that the finance guy snuck in a service contract that we did not agree to. Absolutely absurd.
Racist service manager! Its understandable to be privileged, but should show some responsibility to your job and your customer who pays your salary, in a way!
