The repair itself was fine. They got it fixed no problems just had to wait on parts. They did a pretty bad job of coordinating with me on the loaner car. They put in a reservation for me but never notified me that there were no cars available. Also my advisor Brandon was kinda hard to work with. Terrible people! Shady! Deceptive practices!
Bad service, very poor communication
Tried to charge me $90 for replacing my cabin air filter. And then refused to take it our when I wouldn't pay for it. Absolute nonsense. I thought maybe it was special in some way. NOPE. It costs $11 on Amazon. Finally got them to lower the price to $70 but I had to raise my voice in the waiting area (which I really don't like to do). Watch them. They are starting to think they are car salesmen or something!!!

Went for a recall fix and the next day my truck is lighting up like a Christmas tree with sensor lights. The recall had something to do with the headlights and the sensors are talking about my headlights.
They charge me more money for nothing.
The service rep seemed lost and was unable to even pull up my service info correctly. He provided no follow up on services being done or the recall issue being resolved. I ended up paying for services that are clearly covered by the service plan I purchased with the vehicle. The vehicle was also not washed or detailed as that seems to be a hit or miss part of the experience seeing as sometimes it happens but most times not. Wanted to charge me $500 for changing the brake rotors part included with the already expensive suspension inspection of $180 which already included part of the labor costs. Ridiculous. 2 stars only because customer service was amazing, guy that quoted me with 10 years of sales experience did what I thought he would. Overcharge. Got the repair done for way cheaper at $200 including genuine parts I purchased from the dealership. Oh and I took it for a thorough inspection.
