we went for a late lunch and the place was upside down . the runner kept bringing the food to the wring table the orders were not as explained on the menu portions small ,drinks overpriced not made correctly i was there a few times but not the last couple years and this place went far down hill
Food was overcooked and way overpriced. I would skip this tourist trap.
Have loved over the years, but now the food doesn't feel as well prepared as it used to. Probably will not return.
Not a great deal, food quality wasn't that good, and quantity was small as well. Only 3 shrimp in $28 dish. I asked about it and then confirmed that was all I was supposed to get.

We made a reservation in advance. We were shuffled off to the second floor. We arrived at 6:20 P.M. We told them that we had tickets across the street at Carnegie Hall at 8. We were still waiting for food at 7:30 P.M. The appetizers came out either the same time as the main courses or afterwards. Not a good experience
Service was horrible. We were given simple syrup in a water vase by mistake, instead of water, and the two veal meals were extremely overcooked and burned.
my credit card was charged twice with different amounts. the cancellation was done at the lowest value, mistakenly.
Walking into the restaurant I thought it would be great. The people that greeted us were very friendly and gave us some shots of champagne. The service was fine however the food was very over priced for the quality and later that night both myself and my friend had stomach issues due to the food. I would not recommend this restaurant.
