I was disappointed. The service was not good at all. We had to repeatedly ask waiter for the same item more than once and it was delivered far too late. Tables too close together for emergency exit. I won't be returning nor recommending.
Disappointed unfortunately. Very expensive. No butter with bread. Was really looking forward to burrata which was small clumps thrown onto huge tomato slices, no finesse. The pesto pasta was okay. Place is too crowded & table behind us was a large group that was incredibly loud. Hubby & I did not really enjoy sadly.
Terrible experience!!! Be aware of false promises! We were a group of 10 , I even came on Friday ( two days before the celebration) to make sure our location at the restaurant and the setting of the tabel is reasonable I called again on Sunday to make sure we are all set and then we got there nothing was ready and we seated at the far corner of the restaurant in a row ( not as we have discussed) This happened about 20 minutes after the scheduled time and not as promised When I asked the manger what happened ? Food was actually good, the service tonight was poor. Asked 3 times for water, still didn't get it but found another server delivering to his table and stopped him. We our server once to place the order, flagged her down two other times for water, and flagged her down for the check. No one checked to see how our appetizers or meals were - it would have been nice to have been offered grated cheese or actually bring the water. Food not very good, the restaurant was very loud, and the value was terrible. Had better food at a small pizzaria for $160 less money. I will not recommend this restaurant.
Very disappointing and obviously geared to attract out of town ers ; food less than mediocre and way overpriced, as was the wine list.
It is no wonder that the Fireman restaurant empire has decreased. Trattoria Del Arte provided mediocre food only surpassed by the poor service. Half the table had no silverware. Entree plates were brought before appetizer plates were removed. We had to ask for water. Bread came without olive oil or butter. The anitpasto table still provides a good starter but the rest of the food is bland. The restaurant caters to a lot of tourists, probably due to the fact that there are so many hotels in the area. Main courses took 75 minutes to come out after ordering.
We have been four to five times before .... this time it was not great . We were in and out in 45 minutes .... sad for Thanksgiving dinner . My husbands dinner was served ten minutes before mine ....disappointed . We said something to our server .... all she said was .... I️ know you are mad . 😆
