Disappointed with being locked out of room, difficultly finding anything, staff was not very helpful and got locked out No hot water in room, locked us out of room, needed to find front desk, front desk was in a basement needed directions to find that and everything else. The room was clean and updated.

Mala atención y no se puede dormir del ruido Booking no envió el dinero de mi pago y en lugar de solucionarlo ellos me dijeron que me buscara la vida. No podía llamar por estar en otro país y ellos se negaron a hacerlo y se molestaron. No limpiaron mi habitación ni hicieron la cama en toda mi estancia. La habitación era de no fumadores pero olía a tabaco. El ruido de la nevera es insoportable y se escucha todo de la habitación de al lado. La habitación es grande.

Bad I didn’t enjoy our room what so ever. I booked a west king room. I received a two queen room on arrival. I went down to custom service to let the employees know that I didn’t receive my room. They told me it was first come first serve. Which I found so frustrating because I reserved a king room. The walls were chipping, the room and bathroom were very outdated. I enjoyed the marketplace/resort.

Disgusting It was absolutely disgusting in our room. I have pics , mold EVERYWHERE, stained headboards , dirty walls and curtains , huge stain on the window's, I stepped on a carpet staple and punctured my toe , the sink was backed up , tub floor was slimy and the shower was so full of mold you could pick it off with your finger. I complained and got no acknowledgement or refund etc. The location is okay

The checking in staff was helpful but the room was a disappointment. The room generally had a smokey smell and was not clean. The bathroom was also unclean and was lacking certain toiletries. It's apparent that the room wasen't properly cleaned .

Not at all pleased! We were traveling in a group and when reservations were made our room were in the same tower. When asked time of arrival not knowing exactly, cause we came from out of state we estimated between 4-10pm. Arrived at check in. The clerk was not nice. We were put in different towers not like reservations showed. She wouldn't change it. Gave us our room keys and didn't point us in the direction to go. Beds were comfortable. Room was decent, with a nice walk in shower.

Everything except the room was fine. The room is horrible, leaking toilet leaking shower Everything outside of the room is great, now the room not so much

It was a very disappointing stay My hotel room was old and outdated holes in the walls. Carpeting smelled and had mildew bathroom was disgusting. Toilet bowl leaked, and shower bathtub was horrible. Nothing
