Good location, right on the Boardwalk, good value, but a bit tired. Elevator service in the Chelsea Tower was poor at best and at times non existent. As the building is 20 storeys tall this needs to be looked into as a matter of urgency. Choice of restaurants, availability of shops.

Bad They gave us the wrong room we had a king size bed with 2 adults and 3 children. Kids were knocking on our doors and screaming in the halls until after 2 am. Room was not clean when we arrived hair everywhere and sand. Check in lady was also extremely rude. Never again will I stay there
