nie wieder. War nie in einem schlechterem Hotel Alles andere. Zimmer extrem dreckig und laut. Man hört alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Überall stehen Check-In Terminals die nicht funktionieren. Musst dann über 1h am Check-In Schalter warten. Nahe am Strand

Disappointing Worst customer service on phone, staff are not helpful with hotel checkin. Worst food ever eaten, stale and cold throughout day. Not a whole varieties of slots but they do pay. Room was good

Very Poor you can hear how the elevators work and create a big noise. It is not possible to sleep very old room

Disappointing No ice I travel to every floor no ice I like the location an that it had pool

It was the worst property, I have ever attempted to stay. The first/second nights I complained about the cleanliness of the room. The AC worked minimal/the AC vent was laying on the floor (not attached to the wall). The head board is covered with hand prints/the carpet is soiled. No manager ever attempted to rectify my concerns. I ended up staying at the Ocean Casino resort, which is so much better. it was fair the pool outside was closed location the room was dirty the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom
