Disappointed Room was not serviced for our entire 3 night stay We didn't get our room serviced at all during our 3 nights stay, No fresh towels or toilet paper replenishment, we had to walk with out trash to the Casino to dispose of it Central area

This place is terrible. Stay away We stayed in the West tower. Talk about a dump. Between elevator problems, hardly any water coming from bathroom faucet, very dated room, dirty carpet. Stay far away, this place is a dump. Upon checkout, I complained and the front desk could not have cared less. Never again. Thank God we only stayed one night. Outside of the rooms and West tower, the casino and other parts of the hotel are very nice.

Disappointment From the moment we tried checking in there was an issue. First we couldn't get the keys from the kiosk, then we had to go downstairs to get them, then we went up to our Penthouse room they gave us and it was OCCUPIED when we got in!! Then we had to go back down to get a different room and keys, hours later my HANDICAP girlfriend and I finally got a room - awful. Will not be returning - Believe me and I am not the complaining type at all. We were sad the rest of the evening. Nothing. I'm sorry to say...

Disappointing worn out casino hotel. super pricey for what the rooms were like. . lots of smoking even in non smoking wings. in a horrendous area. not much.

Poor Room had stale smoke smell to it. So much so I thought we had been accidentally put into a smoking room. Front desk confirmed it was a non-smoking room and sent someone to sanitize it. Didn’t help.

very dirty bathroom needs to be shut down untill better staff/ housekeepers unclean bathroom my room was very unclean hair in the bath tub i called and asked it to be cleaned but no one ever came
