Our stay was okay Our biggest complaint is about the check in system you have. The check in kiosks didn’t work and we waited in line for forty five minutes before we were called up to the desk to check in. It is an okay property that is kept clean.

long hallways/ no benches for disabled self/ family. took an hour to check-in because of lack of staff. the shower curtain had black mold/ mildew on it. they didn’t provide extra blankets and pillows. we’re told this room was an ocean view but we faced inland. also requested/ was told we could have adjoining rooms but were separated by (2) floors and on opposite ends of the tower/ hallway. few staff manning the check-in/ check-out, front desk and bell services desks. took almost an hour to check in. also had no benches/ rest... read more

Stay away from this hell hole. The room sucked. The air handler ran all night just to stay at an uncomfortable 70. The pool and the restaurants in the Chelsea Tower were closed. The doors were locked at street level. They charged $32 a day Resort Fee for no resort facilities. I mean the casino - is that worth $32 a day to lose money? They charged $32 a day resort fee and the pool was closed in the Chelsea Tower. Room 1513 had peeling aluminum foil wallpaper, scratches and dents on the furniture and holes in the wall. Your advertised rates are totally different from the actual rate you pay. Two different staff members sent to two different locations fot the indoor pools and they were closed on tuesday,which the staff should have known. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Not good at all The sofa always stained as well as the rug. There were rips in the linen. And the most disgusting of it all is there was a roach in the room. On top of the indoor pool being closed and that was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. I didn't have the breakfast. The location was great
