Terrible- will never come here again!!!!!! Mostly everything. Our mattress & box spring were hanging off the bed frame by 8” to one side. Location only. Chelsea Tower was trash- old decor, dirty, no remote control for the tv & no wash cloths when we first arrived. Air conditioner was very loud.

First and Last time at this location, will never spend another night here in my life. I did not like the location it felt very unsafe in the neghiborhood, The bed was very uncomfortable, the towels was not clean. Also the SMELL OMG the smell of smoke killed me in the room I had to buy an air freshener and that barley help. The only thing I enjoy was the space of the room. Mediocre at best Parking. No room service. Distance to lobby from tower I was booked in as the kiosk didn’t let me check in so I had to walk with my bag considerably far. Quick easy check out kiosk

The room we were given was subpar and I’m extremely unhappy considering we payed 800 for two days. rude staff/unprofessional at checkin desk was given a different size room than I booked extremely dirty room. looks like the floor hasn’t been vacuumed under the bed for 8 years. broken chair. bathroom had tons of repairs needed. outdated room, looked nothing pile the pictures I booked for. it’s close to everything around AC great security guards (helpful and friendly)
