IT COULD BE BETTER We stayed in Tropicana for one day with my kid and my mom. Line to check in was huge, it took us 1.30 to check in, it was no place to seat and if you travel with kids or parents its very hard to stand more than an hour. Pool is small and at 10 it was already so crowded that we couldnt get in. If you want to go to the pool choose different hotel.

Poor There was no one at the front desk. The toilet in the room was broken. The room was very hot, the a/c didn’t work. It also was loud and not even in close proximity to the casino.

Bad Thr room was in rough shape ,the smell of cigarette Marijuana was overwhelming The shower had very little water pressure.Very noisy couldn't sleep.I hate to complain but this is what it was. Restaurants

Bad Asking for directions for the pool...an officer at the casino was extremely disrespectful and avoided being question...corridors and elevators smell dramatically to mariuana...pool super dirty and only stayed for 15 mins after that we were told to leave...it was going to be sprayed...
