Dirty Room. I didn't receive the room I book. They gave me another room. Which was dirty, blood stained walls, tv didn't work, mold in air conditioner vets, old jewelry left in the shower, which means the shower was never cleaned. Staff never came to clean the room. When I asked to he switched to the original room I booked they said the hotel was completely sold out of rooms. That I could switch for the Saturday night stay with an up charge! Extremely disappointed!!! It smelled dirty and of cigarette smoke everywhere even in our no smoking room. Room was dirty, the walls had blotches of paint removed and the soap of the previous occupants was left in the bathtub!!! Location

it’s okay not super satisfied the hotel room is disappointed , the shower was broken, the toilet was not function. and the room is very humidity. and ac is not working. the house keeping didn’t clean the room . not happy at all !!! the resort, restaurant, casino, comedy show, night club nice . drink is nice …

Lesson learned and won’t be back not at all the room we thought we were booking (online description did not match) after going through automated check in, found a live person at desk, asked about being moved to a different room.. (without flies and not looking at the roof) we should not have had to be killing flies in our room! That didn’t make a difference to them i was told that was the room I booked & I would’ve had to pay a serious upgrade fee if I wanted any other room.. no comment from staff on how gross the room was ... read more

besviken, nedslitet, mycket stängt som pool, restauranger etc mycket var stängt redan kl 20 på kvällen.. ingen frukost inkluderad
