Bad We have always had a good experience staying at the tropicana but noticed this year the facilities were not as clean. We had bugs crawling in the drawers and all around our room and when we called the front desk to report this, they transferred us over and over again and never followed up with sending someone to check this out. Had to go down to the front desk first thing in the morning before someone would address this. Had taken pictures and bagged the bugs we were able to catch . Fair Chelsea tower is very dated. Somewhat dirty too. Shower in room 8906 was very poor with uncontrollable temperature and very bad water pressure Casino and quarter area very nice.

our stay was quiet the bed was comfy the view was spectacular ocean view. I didn’t enjoy the smell the stench of the smo the bathroom shower the water comes out the counter gets too wet, the room was very dusty not clean, the radio and coffeemaker was broken and no room service everyday no towel replacement small soaps not enough toilet tissue. i loved the proximity to the beach, all the restaurants
