Very Poor When arrived at 8:30pm the room was still not ready!! I was given the option of waiting until possibly 10-11pm or get another room I asked for another room No room service at all No working phone (even after calling front desk) No hot water (had to call front desk) The price was reasonable The few workers I did see were pleasant

Lipstick on a pig Old. You can remodel a building to make the surface new but needs overhauled. Its been freshened up way to many times. Casio had abdolutly no help and the machines are in disrepair. Had much better time just walking into other casinos on the boardwalk. The bellmen that was at his desk was very nice polite to us every time we asked him questions about the hotel.

Totally unsatisfactory The rooms I went to the west tour . Had not been in AC for ten yrs The room was for handicap. Tried changing it n they didn’t do me the favor for my second night The Cuban libre restaurant

fun but annoying it was very difficult to check in. they had you check in through electronic kiosks that didn’t really work well so everyone just ended up crowding around the guest service table in hopes of figuring out the issue. after about a half hour of waiting to check in properly, we finally got our room and it wasn’t what I had booked. Disgustingly dirty rooms and beds. The staff did not care that the rooms were dirty. The casino floor was cool. The rooms were disgusting, dirty, lumpy beds, the sheets were gross, the bathrooms has pubic hair everywhere, the bathtub wouldnt drain. Beyond disgusting.
