The worst hotel I have been to in AC. Dirty carpet all over. Rooms are uncomfortable and grimy. We where moved from our first room to another room which was better, still bad. No late night restaurants. Nothing to do on a Monday. Low cost to play casino tables. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Free drinks while gambling.

The room was terribly dirty, we changed the room but the last one was still in the same condition. The furniture is ol very cheep and dirty room location

Enjoyable visit but would not book this Hotel/Casino again unless considerable investment made! Very tired hotel. Rooms and many other services such as Pools need a massive investment injection to bring them up to 2022 standards. The Lifts we used in the West Tower were a disgrace and need a massive investment to bring them up to required standards.

we will not stay in that area of the hotel ever again. our room was dirty and cheap our room was filthy. When booking we didn’t know it was in an old part of the property. There is no info explaining any of that and the images were very deceiving. The room keys reset 2 days in a row and we had to return all the way to the front desk and have them reset. The room is at least a half mile hike from just everything. Very upset with our stay this time. Everything away from our room was great!
