We had a great time, would consider going back again maybe but no air conditioning did make for an uncomfortable stay. The air conditioner vent was completely clogged, we saw this because the screws were loose and took a closer look because the unit did not work. This made our room quite stuffy and uncomfortable overnight. Will not return Charged an upgrade fee for ocean view which was requested when booked, rooms could have been cleaner and where outdated. Comfortable beds

Bad It very hot and sticky and we could not sleep all night long due to a loud consistent sound ! I was extremely disappointed in my stay I payed $500 dollars for my room and was given a room that was very poor.

Fair there was no place to unpack clothes, no drawers and very few hangers. the room was clean , beds and pillows comfortable

Bad Room was dirty and never serviced. Cigarettes and ashes all over. Dirty dirty rooms. Carpets smell like mold. Needs remodeling done to all rooms in every tower. Take your $450 + / night and visit hard rock or ocean with clean rooms.

Super atrakcje i hotel lecz ocena pokoi i obsługi ledwie dostateczna. Zdecydowanie czystość, nieświeży zapach w pokoju jak również pościeli, najpierw zostaliśmy przydzieleni do pokoju który był kompletnie nieposprzątany dosłownie ktoś zostawił i wyszedł. Dostałem 50$ off oraz zostałem przydzielony do innego pokoju którego czystość była 5/10 - znośnie. Takie sytuacje przy cenie Ok 800$ za 2 noce nie powinny mieć miejsca. Casino, bliskość do restauracji, piękne palmy na hallway, ogólna lokalizacja.

I think the Tropicana is changing dramatically not as clean and the fact that you’re charging $25 for parking for overni the bathroom was a little dirty there was still food in the refrigerator the beach.
