A bit surprised by the negative remarks as my experience has been fine. No issues with the service and no issues with communication or getting an occasional re-treat if something pops up.

I disagree with the negative comments. I have never had any real problems with our service. Our lawn looks great and we missed one treatment and I knew that the treatments were working because I started to see random weeds pop up. After another treatment they were gone within a week or 2. Taking care of your lawn is more then just treatments. It takes a variety of things to keep it looking great, perhaps that needs to be considered as well. I found that keeping the grass well irrigated makes a huge difference in my opinion.

Lance was great. He asked questions, and listened and understood what we need, then performed everything discussed. He spend ample time working on our lawn application. This was our first service from Trugreen. Off to a great start!

My grass always looks great after years of fighting weeds and the occasional negative comment from the HOA. Now they ask me who I use to keep it looking so green. Ken does a GREAT job and it is always a pleasure speaking to him when he stops by for my service. Thank you for making my yard look it's best.

I absolutely love Trugreen! I am shocked by the bad reviews. We have been using them for 4 years and my lawn looks beautiful, as well as the neighbors lawns (also treated by Trugreen) If there is ever an issue where I need them to come back out, they do free service calls. My tech Nate, is well mannered and a pleasure to talk with. I gets compliments all the time on my lawn and I believe they deserve 5 stars !

I wish my wife had looked up this website prior to paying for this service in advance. We initially observed a young kid making two swipes across our large front yard and in the truck he went missing our back yard too. We have had to constantly complain about the service. We call this local number and so far we have reached Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, an out of the country operator, and one other location. I hired Tru Green to eliminate weeds in my yard. The application caused chemical burns which lead to over 20 bald spots in my yard.
