2 years in to our film studios par 3 golf course. I have shown epic patience and now our bermuda is all but dead. They come and stay 5 to 10 minutes and only get 5 percent of the job. Today I was here and told the guy to handle a certain golf green and he simply forgot and left....never asking if i was satisfied, etc. Had manager come 2 months ago to show him the problem, and now we have mold and fungus and weeds.....I have been more than professional with these guys and here we sit with dead grass and molded grass. I have had TruGreen for about a year now. At first they were great but over the last couple month I have caught them lying and tell me they did the service and never showed up, just never showed up or telling me they completed the lawn service for a 3/4 of a acre lot in 1 minute. I have them on camera, 1 minute was as long as he was here. One pass on the front lawn is all they did and said they completed their application. Needless to say I fired them. Do not use this company - the techs constantly cancel appointments and you will be lucky to get any work done at all . They say they have done work at your house without showing up at all . Trust me do not use them

Update: since firing try green I've gotten more attention from them than when I needed their help. Now they ask me to direct message them but don't give a way to direct message them. Talk is cheap. The response to my review was for all of you. To save face. To appear as if they cared. Not me, because they have my information. They could contact me if it mattered to them. I stand by my original review.

COMPLETE DISPPOINTMENT! I am completely disappointed with the service I have experienced! I was with TruGreen for almost 2 years, and I although my lawn didn't look spectacular, it was decent and I trusted it was part of 'the process.' So in June, I put down $1200 Zeon Zoysia sod in my backyard. Sometime around the end of July, a technician came and put down a treatment. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They are beyond awful and if you have any issues - there is no local number to call. You have to chat or speak with a robot or get transferred to an international call center. Odd that they call me nonstop and try to up-sell me on additional services but when I have any issues, they can not be contacted!!! They pride themselves on being superior - act like it!!! I would not recommend this service. I signed up last month and wanted weed control as a priority. First visit came out and aerated the lawn. Not what I asked for. I had to convince the tech that my lawn next to my garage in the front of the house was my "front yard." He tore up the grass as he made turns. When I challenged him about this, his response was "it'll grow back." He also cut my cable line which required a cable repair call. Beware of rude high pressured insulting sales reps after initial sign up. I received my first lawn treatment a little over a week ago. I loved the initial followup with the treatment and possible problems in writing. I get a call on this past Thursday trying to sell me additional services concerning my hedges. I don't have enough time to post the review but have to tell everyone to know what TruGreen did. I set up the automatic payment for recurring services. That is my stupid mistake. The front yard grass was completely dead and several different weeds comes out instead. I don't really know what TruGreen did it in the last month. No clue why lawn was dead suddenly and weeds comes out rapidly. Why TruGreen service person visited the house to treat service in the raining chance? Always same day on raining. Ridiculous!
