Very bad experience with this company. Initially when they called they have mentioned 1st service for $16 and during that 1st month I got the bill of $48 which is like they are deceiving customers and telling something on call and doing something different on the account. Also the Lawn service was not good they didnot mention anything about my lawan and just said will need lime treatment and will get back in 1 or 2 days. I completed an online quote and when I called in the rep was very rude and cocky and said "there is no way" when I gave him the quoted amount. I asked if they would send someone to measure in person since the prices were so different and he said they don't do that. I feel like he could have handled the call and my concerns a little better. I'm so tired of being talked down to by men in the service industry!

Absolutely terrible customer service. After years of using them, our lawn is completely dead. Zero grass left to speak of. Have called and asked for a manager to come out and evaluate several times with no response. See pics for proof.

the worst experience i have ever had with a business, there is no real expertise about lawn care.....when I moved in my new house with a new lawn....i contracted with Trugreen to maintain my lawn.....five years later my lawn is a disaster.......it was the worst decision i ever made....currently involve in remediation with the company, but not hopeful ....i do not recommend this company

We have had Trugreen for several years. First year my lawn looked great. Second year, I was out pulling weeds., Third year they burned my lawn over the winter. This year, I have more weeds than I can pull! This is for the Austell GA office. They say they will show up but they don't! I am done! Don't use them if you are in the Austell, GA region! Hire someone else!

I know you have to wait but my whole yard turned into weeds waiting. The worst ever. The people who serviced my property never once rang doorbell as indicated they did in the receipt for each visit. They can do whatever they want on their own time but the last guy that put lime down actually sat in front of my house in the truck on the phone for 20 minutes before even getting out. Then he never worked straight through but stopped literally every couple minutes to spend a few minutes back on the phone. Lazy people and bad co... read more

Our HOA was supposed to a year long, 7 application contract for caring for our lawns. Granted the yearly rate was only $129 per year, but they would do the entire HOA for residents, who signed up, lawns in one day. after two or three applications, they decided it was not worth their time or effort and stopped treating our lawns. I only found out two months after they decided and now I am back to doing my own lawn care. Trugreen's motto is "they are here for your lawn", when they should say "they are here for your money".... read more

trugreen is tru BS! I do not recommend for anyone who cares about their grass or their money. what a complete waste of time. my yard looks the exact same as it did but with more weeds. I was told by them that they will treat the weeds and not to use the store bought weed killer. so I have a crappy lawn with more weeds than before.
