TruGreen Lawn Care True Green is a waste of money. I do have cameras all around my yard. Unreliable service. Branch # 5772. This is easily the worst service company I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, they only applied treatment to our front yard. When I called to notify them, the tech tried arguing with me about it when he showed up to reapply. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept the service going. The very next service date, the invoice stated they used a granule-based application. Security cameras showed no service tech in the backyard and no evidence of granules in either front or back. If I could give a lower score I would. Lied and say they were on my property working and then sent a text saying they were done and still were not at my property. This place is a joke with no communication and horrible customer service. Just a high pressure sales play form and then no customer service. stay away. stay away.

It's funny how they do not have Google reviews. I bought my house a year a go and decided to try them out to make my yard and grass nice amd plush since my house is the first in the neighborhood. I recently cancelled services and when I called to cancel of course I got the run around They didn't know I work from home because they claim they came out to spray a couple of times and my card was being charged and they only showed up a few times. To All my Neighbors: We just uncovered a huge scam with Tru Green in this area of Kennesaw. Twice we have experienced them lying to us about service and a friend of mine about 1 mile away experienced the same thing. On scheduled day of service, we receive an email saying they're on the way, then that they have arrived and finally an email saying they have completed the service. I've had it! I'm dumping their service after many years. I'm tired of the lack of the technicians doing their job right. If I performed in this manner, I'd be fired! I've had several times in the last year where the service was done poorly, once immediately before a serious rain storm, and now I'm billed and no one even shows up. I call to complain and nothing... Not to mention the weeds that still pop up. Bye!!!

I had called last month with concerns on my yard.  They stated they would apply potush which they did and it was worse.  I almost don't have any grass anymore and afraid for them to do any more treatments cause it is so bad.  I was told last year I would see improvements which I did but has been worse then ever this year.

I have had Trugreen service for about 4, years and I don't know what happened in the last year but the service has gone from good to poor. The say they came but did not. Yard looks worse than people who don't have any weed control service. They don't give notice when they are coming so I can unlock my back gate. Their communication is poor and their billing practices even worse. Cancelled on Friday and they refunded my contract amount but then billed me on Saturday for a treatment they never performed. Done with them

I have had them for a year, in that time they have sent numerous techs to my address. The last one could not even push the spreader across my lawn. One tech sat in his truck the entire service, not knowing he was being recorded on my security camera. There has not been any significant change to my lawn. Run from this company, it is a waste of money and your time. Use a locally owned business that will serve you better.
