My yard NEVER looked good during the 5 -6 yrs that I was paying Trugreen. Grass was sparse, full of weeds and never lush/ thick. I realized they weren't doing something right so I changed companies to All Turf which does Bartow County, Cobb county, etc..... in Ga. I paid for over 5 yrs of service yet yard looked horrible. Please do not ever contact this company. They must be very desperate for customers to call someone back 8 times in one day trying to get their business. Even after I've told them no and requested removal from their call center they continue to call.

I was cheated. My lawn picture is all the proof I need. TruGreen came out and didn't give me the lawn & mosquito treatment that I was paying for. Instead the guy got out and simply put the sign in my yard as though he did and then drove off. I was seated all day long where I would've noticed someone in my yard. Also, my neighbor is the one who told me the guy just put the treatment sign in the yard and left. Now I'm getting billed for services that I didn't receive. Have had Truegreen for several years and each year the service gets worse and worse. I have weeds and crabgrass overtaking my yard. I also paid upfront for the mosquito service only to have my children get eating alive by mosquitos. I called them for a retreat of the mosquito treatment only to look at my camera system to see the technician walk around with the backpack spraying nothing but the air and not trees and shrubs. This place is horrible. They schedule appointments and only do a portion of our yard, but claim to have done the entire thing. Guess what? We have cameras setup and have caught you in your lies. Just today 8/24/22, they were supposed to be sprayed for weeds. The employee showed up, sat in their car for five minutes and drove off, ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA. The inexperienced techs who ruin your lawn is one thing; but the customer service and inability to reach anyone when needed is beyond excusable. I've never been so disgusted with a company in all my life than I am right now with TruGreen.

Avoid at all costs, they are terrible. First I could not get them to treat constant weeds, took weeks to even see weeds wilting. Terrible customer service, no returned phone calls. Finally they burned large parts of my lawn, looks like a nuclear bomb went off. My neighbor also had the same experience. NOBODY cares, they would not come out, they would not call. I have had them for years and each year got worse. Terrible service, terrible customer service and a don't care attitude. I canceled and have cut my losses.

If you want no grass in your yard, hire TruGreen. In 2021 a Trugreen team member sprayed my lawn with the incorrect product. Killing the whole yard. The product made it to where we could not seed after as the dirt was contaminated. The regional manager came and apologized, promising to make it right in the spring. 2 weeks before my spring seeding by TruGreen, a technician sprayed another product that inhibits seed from germinating. I have used Trugreen lawn service for the past 5 years. I prepay each year for the coming 12 months of service. This year the "technicians" have repeatedly said they serviced the yard when they did not even visit my house. We were home all day, we have ring motion detection and a blink motion detector camera and no motion was detected. Also no yard sign or paper receipt left as had been done in the past.
