Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I used to have TrueGreen and cancelled several years ago because after several years with them, I ended up with more weeds in my lawn than when i started using them. I swapped to Northwest and my lawn improved dramatically over the course of the next 2 years, until Northwest got out of the lawn maintenance service and sold my service to, yup, you guessed it, TrueGreen! I was looking to sign up for service monthly. I spoke with Charles, who guaranteed I will not be charged until service day. I gave my card number and was hung up on, I check my account and see a yearly charge of 455.00. Completely disgusted with this company for this fraudulent activity. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I hate this merger. I LOVED Northwest. I have called in at least 4 times and submitted bank statements showing I do not owe a bill from October 2023. I was enrolled in automatic billing with NW and was charged monthly for service. I was charged as always for the months of Sept 23, Oct 23, and Nov 23. This invoice was already paid and no one at Trugreen seems to be able to figure it out but yet your billing department calls me once a week and each person I speak to acts as if there are no notes. This company is terrible, they will continue sending you bills even when you ask them to stop coming to the house for service. They will then send payments you had no idea existed to a collection agency. They just care about making a profit, they can care less about the service or destroying the very expensive grass we put out in our house. Please help me put this company down, they cannot continue doing so much damage and make a profit while doing it.

My grass looked better before trugreen started working on my yard . The mistake I made was to pay the full amount when I signed the contract otherwise I would not have paid them and I would have canceled my account. They would show up every month when no one is home and stick a little sign on my yard showing they were there . The weeds in my yards are still there and I paid them over 200 dollars for aeration but I still have bold patches all over my yard. I never use them again . They are such a scam .

They don't show up when scheduled and nothing was accomplished. Ttugreen told us we'd have grass, and we have mud.

DO NOT use Their service. They don't know what they're doing. After their treatment there's no improvement over the weed problem, while none of our neighbors seem to face this problem!

After meeting with several lawn service providers, I was constantly called by Trugreen and was offered a package I felt I couldn't refuse. I asked for the offer in writing and I was told they can't do that but that I will receive a copy of what I was promised in the Service Agreement after I pay. I paid and what I received in the service Agreement DID NOT match what I was told. I sent a cancellation immediately and the email bounce back was a notice that I can't reply to that email address. Our service this year in Woodstock, GA was horrible. We've had to call customer service multiple times due to poor quality. The most recent application left our lawn with large patches and stripes where there was obviously no fertilizer applied. We've had their service for many years and the quality has decline dramatically so we finally had to cancel.
