"Just falls short" Same old gripes. I hate that they leave your car with flashers going wasting my bulb hours and flasher modules and why? Second you pay to have tires rotated but they just wont. Ran my original set till fronts were down too much to rotate. So I bought from discount tire and every oil change I go to discount where they know how to rotate tires and that they need to be rotated. Otherwise agents are friendly. "90 minute oil change " I feel an obligation to Tynan’s only because I got my Pathfinder from them. However, I know every time I take my car there for an oil change, I will wait for an hour. This past Tuesday I arrived at 7am for a scheduled online oil change, even though it is express, I like to have an appointment. The check in guy said 45 min and I would be ready. "Awful customer service" I purchased my car in November. I had to have a part on my seatbelt fixed. When I called I was told that they were so busy, and instead if them working with me, they told me to take my car to another dealership. I contacted several people, no one returned my call, so I then contacted my sales person. If it wouldn't have been for him, I would still be fighting with service. So disappointed. Customer service is the worst. If I did have known, I would have thought twice before purchasing my car there.
"Not satisfied " The brake light, and the TPS indicator light continues to display on the dashboard. There’s no indication that they were repaired. Service dept had the car for 7 hours only to complete an oil change which is questionable.
"Horrible experience " Dealing with mr. Clearwater (both times) was such a horrible experience that I doubt I will ever go back. I purchased my car at tynans just over 2 years ago. My car has had 2 recalls and both times I was treated as if I was putting mr Clearwater out. I will take HALF his advice, and find a new dealership to take my car to as well as my business
"Service was decent, more than likely over priced" My appointment was for 8:15 and I didn’t get my car back until 3:15. The original test drive identified the issue so I’m not sure what took 5 hours to finish the diagnostic. I suppose I can understand the 2 hours of labor. I’m afraid to look around and see what the repairs would have cost somewhere else. So glad I could pay more money on top of all the additional stuff I pay for. "Oil change " Service was ok but everytime I get an oil change the windshield sticker that tells me when my next service is is always wrong. Last time I caught it and the technician had to create a new one. This time my husband brought my car in and I only have a little over 20k miles on my car but my sticker indicates I need to get a oil change in May 2019 or at 62k miles. "Poor customer service" While the work that needed to be done was done (in 4.5 days), the service was non-existent. Of the 4 times I went in to the service center throughout the week, not once did anyone ask if I needed assistance, let alone acknowledge that I was even there. Instead, all of the people in the service center went about their own business laughing and joking about what food they were going to get for lunch.
