Cody Hinkle was our sales representative and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. He answered all our questions about our window install, explained everything to us, and made the process very smooth. So I had the pleasure of working with Cody Hinkle tonight and he was top notch! I appreciate everything he did and how well he went over everything. A few years ago we got windows and today we decided to get new siding and gutters! I cant wait to see what our "new" home looks like. We recently had all 18 windows in our home replaced and we could not be more happy and satisfied! From the salesman that came to our house, the customer service rep we called to the crew that did the install! Top quality people, professional, courteous, and pleasant! John and the other gentleman who worked on our windows today were very professional and I would have no problem with using them again. They worked quickly and neatly, so very impressed that they cleaned up after themselves in our house and in the yard. Many times when workers leave you spend so much time cleaning up after them, not these gentlemen.
