Windows look great and installation team was very accommodating; finishing my office space first so I could continue working. I was amazed how efficient the team was and the entire project was completed much faster than I anticipated.

I'm disappointed the sales person didn't state full screens for the double hung. When the guy came and changed the screen, he said we could move it up/down, yet the installers said we couldn't. Which is correct?
