Overall--excellent experience. The windows once we ordered shipped in ready to install within a reasonable time period. The installer was professional, friendly, and did a great job. He cleaned up and assisted my wife with a few items she asked him very cheerfully and she was relieved she could get the house moved back into shape quickly. This was the 3rd or 4th time since 2021 that we needed the weather stripping on our front door repaired. When it occurs in the winter the cold air entering the house is worse than our previous door.

I was so happy, my windows came in less time that I expected. The installer did a great job and he evan hung my blinds up for me! My sales rep, Alex, was not pushy but took time to answer all my questions no matter how small. I have a few more windows to get so UNIVERSAL WINDOWS DIRECT we will meet again!! Happy with windows although I don’t think they are the best. Still hear all the outside noises, not sure they made that much difference as far as heat/cold.

The people were great from the sales rep to the installers. What turned out poorly was a basement window screen which cannot be removed without my going to the hardware store to purchase a special tool to dislodge the window screen from inside the basement. This then leaves the screen in the window well obstructing it and making it difficult to clean out the window well. There were no issues with the old window.
