Your product is wonderful, the service people are wonderful as well - what i am unhappy with is the fact that i was sold (and paid top dollar) for a program that included everything - meaning i did not have to pay for service. Now, Universal wants to charge a "trip" charge. Those of us that were sold an all inclusive program should be grandfathered in. In addition, the girl i spoke to on the phone kept reading me her script instead of talking like a normal person when i voiced my concerns with these changes. Unprofessional a... read more

Universal Windows are the best Windows ever. I've tried 2 other companies before UW and can say for sure the they are nothing compared to IT'S top quality windows. No cold air feel to touch nor easing into my room like the other companies' windows i had installed. Installer Jeff was the best. He arrived on time and did an amazing job alone by himself.
