Installation of 8 windows and a bay window took six hours. They were very fast and super friendly. There was hardly any mess and they cleaned up what there was. They were. They were very virtuous of their surroundings. Only downfall is they ordered one wrong window so now we have to wait for one final window to be installed.

We went with Universal to have our house re-sided recently. Tim's crew from Universal arrived exactly when we were told they would be here and performed fantastic work. The siding quality itself is fantastic, the color is exactly what we expected, and our home looks like an entirely new house! The only complaint we observed was that the clean-up process following installation could have been a little better; small pieces of some debris were found here and there around the yard, which could have been potentially dangerous f... read more

Very professional from in home consultation to installation. Our sales rep , Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional. Installation day went well. Neatly installed and cleaned up. Work was completed in a efficient manner. Windows look really good inside and out! Installers arrived as scheduled and received a call when they were in route.

They were so wonderful from the initial visit through the install. Workers kept their mess contained and cleaned up so well after themelves. Everyone was so polite and professional. Our windows look great! We are very thankful and deffinately recomend!
