The original work, and materials (windows, sliders, siding) was GREAT. But the warranty work on the siding (took 3 times to get the materials up on the house and it's 2 shades off).

From the very first contact with universal windows through installation I never felt like just another customer. I felt that universal windows was working with me and for me to purchase a good product for a good price.
Sales was okay. Installer was great.

The house looks entirely different after the siding. It looks like a whole new house. Very pleased with how it turned out.
I like our new windows and we're happy with the price not very happy with the service with install wrong ordered and waiting forever to have the issues taken care of
The crew arrived on time and covered the stair, halls etc.with canvas. I could tell they were highly experienced in their work and replaced existing windows quickly while maintaining a cheerful and courteous attitude.
