Overall it was a decent experience. The sales person seemed knowledgeable of the product. The measurement person was quick and painless. The install crew came out and did the install.

It took a little trial and error to get one of the doors to fit, but the last technician who came out really knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure the door properly fit in the frame and opened and closed properly. We are grateful that he was able to see the problem and came up with a workable remedy.

If the windows are of standard size..Doors, my opinion, costly.

Windows look great and installation team was very accommodating; finishing my office space first so I could continue working. I was amazed how efficient the team was and the entire project was completed much faster than I anticipated.

I'm disappointed the sales person didn't state full screens for the double hung. When the guy came and changed the screen, he said we could move it up/down, yet the installers said we couldn't. Which is correct?
