I'm disappointed the sales person didn't state full screens for the double hung. When the guy came and changed the screen, he said we could move it up/down, yet the installers said we couldn't. Which is correct?

The windows were top-notch workers did a great job installing them clean, courteous and efficient does look super great on the house. I would recommend this to anybody. Great job.
