Just had our new windows installed from Universal Windows Direct and couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish! Our salesman Eric was incredibly professional and informative. His explanation seemed like more of an education than a sales pitch. The quality of their construction shows, and the price was definitely competitive. Marty was our contact person who came to our home and provided information about the company and windows. He measured our windows and after reviewing the price we decided to sign the contract. Universal Windows Direct kept us updated when the windows would arrive (they arrived earlier than expected!). We set up an appointment for installation. Installation went wonderfully, but trying to coordinate mine and my husbands schedule with boarding our dogs and getting an appointment with universal took a while since they had no installers in my area.
