The wait time between signing a contract, measuring the space, and actually getting the window was delayed into almost 4 months.

The quality of the installed window products is exceptional. There has been a noticeable difference in energy use in the short time the windows have been installed. The initial sale and customer support was excellent. However, during the initial installation, it was discovered that a few of our windows were not measured and/or manufactured to the correct size.
