Happy with windows although I don’t think they are the best. Still hear all the outside noises, not sure they made that much difference as far as heat/cold.

The people were great from the sales rep to the installers. What turned out poorly was a basement window screen which cannot be removed without my going to the hardware store to purchase a special tool to dislodge the window screen from inside the basement. This then leaves the screen in the window well obstructing it and making it difficult to clean out the window well. There were no issues with the old window. Jeff the person who measured my windows for my kitchen went above and beyond and put WD40 on my front door. He was so kind. The brother Team of Ken and Jim, who installed my windows really went above and beyond by working so quickly in the subbelow temps. on Monday and cleaned up afterwards, so you wouldn't of even known they were there. Cleaned the windows, took off the stickers, swept, put a couple chairs back on the deck, and showed me very patiently how to use the windows and clean them. I was so very impressed.

Brian and Jim were efficient, professional and friendly. They replaced a large picture window in our living room quickly (important since it was January). I will certainly recommend them .
