Salesman was great, very informative, answered all questions my wife & I had. Gentlemen that came to measure was great. Installers did a wonderful job. Service tech was great, did what he could to address problems, problem is with errors in manufacturing. 11 windows, problems with almost half, all was addressed except 4. Seals were not done correctly during manufacturing, Service tech was sent to repair & was given the wrong seals. Still waiting for repairs to be made.
