Our salesperson was sweet as can be, but never returned texts after that. Customer service was not very friendly. Installers were awesome

My installers were friendly, nice, and great at what they do - the windows and door were installed quickly, with very little sign that any work had been done. Couldn't be happier with the quality of these windows and ease of operation as my 100 year old windows they had replaced had reached their limits!

Windows met my expectations and the installers were very good. Since I had problems with the installation of my previous windows, I watched the installation of these windows. The installers went over how they would install them with me and told me what the previous installers did incorrectly. They did an excellent job of cleaning up inside the house and outside the house after they were done.

The gentleman that came and installed was really good my complaint though on this is when the sales person showed me the windows I was expecting to get Windows that unhooked and folded into the house so that I can clean them come to find out the windows that I got I have to lift up and take completely out to be able to clean the inside and outside. This will not be easy for me to do since I've had shoulder replacement and it makes me weak in my right arm so thank you salesman for not making sure that I got the proper windows... read more
