Jeff and Dustin installed our windows today. They were very polite and completely cleaned up all the dust that was made from the windows being installed. They were on time and made sure that we were completely happy with our windows before they left. \

Met with Cody Hinckle. Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful. The windows are made very well and they have an excellent warranty. We were very satisfied with our experience.
Jenna Wolfe did a great job finding me the windows I wanted. Although there were a few hiccups getting them, the team manager at Universal came through and the installers did a fantastic job putting the windows in.
My sales rep. Cody Hinkle was very efficient & professional. His patience & kindness plays a big part in decision making. He. explained his products thoroughly & represented his company very well. l would recommend Universal Windows Direct to my family & friends
