ALL warranty claims were addressed once parts became available. Supply chain issues were obviously an issue for the vendor. The only complaint involved the passage of months without any update to the customer. I had to initiate any periodic contact with Universal. I would recommend Universal on an overall basis. I don't know how their warranty compares to other manufacturers but True Lifetime +30 years to subsequent home owner is all the warranty anyone could ask for.

what is there to say, we called set up an appointment for an estimate. Salesman arrived gave estimate felt it was fair ordered and scheduled replacement, This is what i expected seamless experience

Had an outstanding experience. Matt, our sales guy was very good. Provided all the details and was quick on getting our quote. Had no issues scheduling for next appointment. Then John came for exact measurements and he was awesome. Called to let us know he was on his way and would actually be a couple minutes early. Then we called to schedule installation. We had whole house window replacement plus a new steel front entry door with a side light window. While I am pleased with the windows, I have to say I am disappointed with the quality of the front door. Given that, I'm not 100% sure I would recommend , but there is always a likelihood that I might.
