The price was reasonable as window jobs go but there were a lot of problems. Most of our windows had to be swapped as they all had a UV issue noticeable within the first few weeks. The new door was not what we originally requested but after nearly 2 years and three attempts to correct, we settled on a subpar door that was not the correct color or original quality.

Well we just had visit #6 and our two sliding glass doors are still not finished installed correctly. How many trips does it take to install sliding glass doors?
