Poor customer service. Slow response. Did not install properly. Won't use them again.
Window installed wrong and took 3 visits before someone told me….the other 2 just put a band aid on it.

The overall communication and professionalism of this company is not a priority
Our door has been delayed multiple times. We ordered and paid in august 2022, we were told everything would be installed by Thanksgiving. Nothing was installed by Thanksgiving. We got our sliding glass door in December. Our front door has been delayed until March 2023 now. The install on the sliding glass door resulted in damage to my drywall and door trim, installers said we would be contacted by customer service to have it repaired. Nobody has reached out to us.
