Everything after the initial consultation has been an issue. I DID recommend this company to a friend and as soon as our process started I regretted it because I didn’t want her to have the same issues

In the end, the windows are wonderful and our house looks great. Our customer service experience was less than satisfactory. We did our best to be patient and give this company the benefit of the doubt. The true test of a company's customer service is how they react when problems arise. This is where we have a major issue with UWD and a complete lack of trust. Please see Question #6 for additional details.

Not enough space to explain the horrific experience I’ve had in detail. Took 2 years to finally be completed with the job and had to keep reordering windows due to being wrong or damaged. The first installer was so bad another team had to come back numerous times to uninstall 12 windows and reinstall them along with the new slider door.
