workmanship in the warehouse is very substandard need better quality control before the window leaves your factory. Mine looks like a blind man could have done a better job.

I probably will not recommend, product isn’t what I thought it would be. Street noise and concerns with installation integrity over time.

Quality is poor, a window is falling out, windows don't lock, windows had sticky residue on them, damage to siding on house

While we do ask the installers to wipe down windows to remove anything that was left behind during the manufacturing process, we typically don't polish the windows after install, as there is uncured caulk that we don't want to disturb. Placed order in April 2021 and windows weren’t installed until September 2021. Then there were the things that needed fixed or were installed incorrectly. My final appointment was in April 2023 - hopefully I don’t need anything else fixed. They didn’t schedule the follow up appointments unless I called - then the parts miraculously had just arrived that day. I do not recommend this company, but the windows and patio door are nice

Our windows were installed and some of the screens were broken and some screens didn't even come that should have been there. I would not expect this when paying over 27,000 for windows. Then they tell us it will be months? for screens? We cant keep the windows open because the screens are ripped or...

The windows seem good so far, but installation was terrible. They underestimated how many days it would take to install the windows in every phase. Our stucco was damaged and they installed something wrong and we had to have them come back to fix it. Don’t recommend.
