The windows seem good so far, but installation was terrible. They underestimated how many days it would take to install the windows in every phase. Our stucco was damaged and they installed something wrong and we had to have them come back to fix it. Don’t recommend.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Tim regarding a date for someone to come out and finish our project. I left a voicemail for him on 5/18 and another one this morning. There is still one sliding glass door remaining to be installed (the wrong size was ordered), a defective stationary window that needs to be replaced, a tear in a screen that was installed, deep scratches/gouges in one of the sliding glass door screens and as I left in 2 voicemails to Tim, one of the windows that was installed has a crack in it. The sub contractors are great but your company says you do not use sub contractors

This has been one of the worst purchasing decisions I've made. We made the decision to do a full home window replacement project, that included a sliding door and bay window due to windows that were extremely difficult to open. Within a week of the December installation one glass pane cracked (later replaced) and we noticed that the lip to raise the windows on our bay window were not rounded off like all of the other windows and was so sharp they were causing cuts.
