Unfortunately, our sales representative did not correctly include a door handle request related to our doors on the paperwork for our install. He was eager to secure our purchase of the windows and patio door on a Friday evening, but did not get the information correct for our order, despite verbally agreeing that we could include the upgraded chrome door handle with our order. Windows are goog but the install very bad. Damage furniture sent cost and they have not replaced. They requested bill of cost and sent but no answer.

You are higher then other window companies and quality is the same. Not to make several calls to insure promises made were kept

Took Universal Windows almost a year to follow up with a replacement screen door. We leave messages that are not returned and the received an email stating that they can’t get a hold of us.
