Took Universal Windows almost a year to follow up with a replacement screen door. We leave messages that are not returned and the received an email stating that they can’t get a hold of us.
This company is trash. 2 years and waiting for them to come and finish the window install only to find out from an outside contractor that our windows are too small. They have been leaking underneath and all the wood is rotted. We won’t know how much water damage has been done. Or if there is mold spreading behind our walls. They finally sent a contractor out and he said we should probably contact a lawyer (we already have). Coming from their own employee. He said he wrote it up that we needed all new windows. Had to reschedule multiple times so I had to use multiple vacation days. I started to notice condensation on the windows when the temperature gets really cold.

Window installed wrong and took 3 visits before someone told me….the other 2 just put a band aid on it.
