Our door has been delayed multiple times. We ordered and paid in august 2022, we were told everything would be installed by Thanksgiving. Nothing was installed by Thanksgiving. We got our sliding glass door in December. Our front door has been delayed until March 2023 now. The install on the sliding glass door resulted in damage to my drywall and door trim, installers said we would be contacted by customer service to have it repaired. Nobody has reached out to us.

I learned a lesson about choosing the second-lowest bid. They got the job done but weren't fantastic, reeked of pot, and didn't manage to seal all the way around one of the new windows. This left cold air a path to stream through to the interior wood frame surrounding the window, that the service tech didn't want to touch. I ended up buying wood putty and sealing the gaps myself.
