Waiting and waiting and waiting. When I placed my order I was given an expected timeline. I was contacted later than expected regarding my order and delivery. Installation was scheduled and on the day of installation my existing window was removed. A scratched plate glass was put in its place. I have now been asked to trust that the window I wanted has been ordered and will be installed. My confidence is shaky.

We ordered our windows about 15 including a picture window and on the day of installation the men installed them in less than a day. No one asked if I was satisfied, I was asked to sign a paper saying they were installed. Upon inspection, we notice that there were holes where caps were suppose to be installed. The chaulking was very sloppy and the casing track at the top of each window, both right and left had gaps -- anywhere from 1/2 to 1 inch. The windows are great. The installation left a lot to be desired. I'll be contacting the company to remedy the issues.

No I will not recommend, in fact I tell people to stay away from Universal Window's. My door installation was a bad experience.
