My large sliding window is leaking air around the window. I am unable to schedule an appointment to have someone look at it because of my work schedule. The scheduling person was rude on the phone ( Christine). I asked to speak to a manager which did not happen. I paid thousands of dollars for the window and it's costing me alot of money because I'm losing heat.

The manufactured windows are just ok but the type of service provided was the worse case scenario anyone could imagine. I don’t believe the windows were measured correctly to begin with as when they were installed, large gaps had to be filled in with foam. After installation, the window glass started fading and a replacement was exchanged in the kitchen. While the installer was replacing the kitchen window, I had him look at all the others which were also fading. I was informed that there was a problem with the e-factor. All... read more

Install crew 4 hrs late. Busted old windows out, glass everywhere..inside and out screws everywhere got yellow foam on my new window that I can't get off windows do not lock like I was told 2 windows don't lock at all when open inside windows look horrible wasn't told id have to buy trim too. very expensive already one window rocks 2 has cracked silicone
