My door was never installed properly and it took almost 4 years and many appointments before the door finally closes right. Time will tell if it’s truly fixed or just Jerry rigged.

It’s not the windows so much as the installation. The first set of windows was scheduled for 1 day. It took 4 days and the installers got caulking all over everything. The second set of windows were also supposed to be installed in 1 day. Not only did they not finish, they left a large area of stucco that needs to be fixed and no one ever called us to schedule the remainder of the windows to be installed. Signed contract at time of their presentation. Ask that they mail me a paper copy, never happened. Exterior Trim was installed incorrectly on day of installation, took months to get it fixed. Two screens were damaged at installation, were re-meshed but later had to be replaced which they said should have been done I the first place due to window size

after instaling the windows and looking over the job, we seen where they cracked and badly chipped our trim around the windows. there were dirty finger prints on the white window frames on a couple of windows. they did not clean the glass, it was dirty and the very hard to get off stickers on the glass was left for us to remove. we had to repaint all of the trim around all of the windows. this is not the way things looked a couple years ago when you did our first windows.

The project was started on 10/16/2020 and completed on 07/18/2022. It took 9 months to complete the project which is not acceptable.

Delays and did not add our shed on to the contract. Failed to communicate with us unless we kept calling them.
