Their windows we went with seemed very well built and are happy with them. But our salesperson, the customer service dept and the installers, we had issues with it and if we had to do over again, I don't think we would have gone with them.
Slider is great. Tore out the window then said the new Windows will not fit
Still not finished after weeks and weeks.

The overall process of contact & installation was great. The follow up on our punch list was nonexistent. We felt like once the money was paid & job was done we were no longer important.

I ordered new gutters & downspouts. The crew came, did nothing & left. It's been 10 days & I've not heard from anyone. I've called 3 different people & have heard nothing back.

Time for one window production was horrible (4 months). Salesman dropped the ball, did not return multiple calls, had to tt supervisor. We were given wrong info by management re: ability to cut stucco.
